I completed MBA 2013 but now I need my certicates from my college... So that I need hall ticket....

Hey Suresh,
There is no need of Hall Ticket to get your certificates or papers. You can just go to your respective college and ask the help desk of your course about the collection of your documents.
You can also show your result of any year or any other document you have of that college so that it would be easier for them to recognize you and find your documents or certificates.
