Yes you can give JEE Advanced for consecutive 2 years.Another basic criteria of JEE Advanced exam is that Candidates must have secured a minimum of 75% aggregate in Class 12 (or equivalent) board examination. The official notice is that The maximum number of attempts that the candidates can attempt JEE Advanced is two times in two consecutive years.

You can appear for JEE Advanced for two consecutive years from the year of passing in the qualifying examination that is 10+2. As you have passed 10+2 in the year 2019 you were eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2019 and JEE Advanced 2020. Whether of not you have appear for JEE Advanced 2020 you are not eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2021. The eligibility criteria to appear for JEE Advanced is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 2020 or 2021 from a recognized board are eligible. So if you have qualified in JEE Main 2021 you may have to seek admission in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs only.
