I completed my 12th in 2016 . I attempted only JEE once . I was born on 1997 . Can I attempt JEE again ?

If I talk about Age Limit in JEE Mains 2019-

The candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1994
-
For SC/ST/PwD candidates, the date of birth should be on or after October 1, 1989
So, as per the age limit you are eligible but as per the Qualifying Exam, you are not eligible for JEE Mains 2019-
The candidates should have qualified 12th standard (or equivalent) examination in 2017 or 2018 or must be appearing in 2019.
So, in all you are not eligible for JEE Mains 2019.
