I completed my 12th in 2020 and I got 72.20 % I already gave jee main 2021 and I got 60 percentile now I want to give jee main 2022 to get good nit should I drop and prepare for it

Hello aspirant,
If you are confident and determined that you want to study in NIT's then you should drop for a year.
But you have to work hard as 60 percentile is very low compared to the ongoing competition. You should at least score more than 95-97% to secure top NIT's.

Repeating a year for JEE preparation is not a waste of time only if you are determined enough to achieve your goal. There are many examples where students improve their score and get into their dream institutes by repeating a year or two.If you want to take admission into the top engineering institutes like IITs, NITs or IIITs then dropping a year is a good option for JEE.Prepare consistently, believe in yourself, you will get into your dream institute.
