You can absolutely eligible take Admission but before taking Admission you will have to decide that for which course or Stream you are willing to take admission into, since you have not mentioned the course, it is not possible for us to predict.

Remember, since you passed out in 12th, you are not eligible to appear in some entrance exams like JEE MAINS. But you're eligible for NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test).

If you have Studied Biology in 12th then you are absolutely eligible for NEET 2021. You must have secured 50 percent if you're a General Candidate, 45 percentage if you are a PWD Candidate and 40 percent if you're a OBC SC ST Candidate.

Don't worry you can still get admission because only some institutions consider the gap and might not allow you for admission in any course in their institution but most of the institutions don't consider such gaps and accepts admission for their courses. Since you have not mentioned the course in which you take admission so it is quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information about the admission procedure, colleges and so on.
