i completed my b.com programme from delhi university with 59.25%. is i am eligible for m.com from aligadh muslim university???

Yes, you are eligible for M.com from Aligarh Muslim University.
For admission in M.com from Aligarh Muslim University one a has to obtain a minimum of 50% in their bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university.
Since you meet the criteria so I don't think there should be any problem.

Yes you are eligible for applying into AMU university for M.Com course.
Basic eligibility is 55 % in B. Com from any recognized college.
The admission will be based on performance in AMU departmental entrance test.
