i completed my btech in 2015(e.c.e).now can i apply for pgcet?

Yes, you can apply for pgcet. You can opt for any of the MASTERS, its not only mtech, you can even apply for MBA, MS, MSc, etc depending on your interest and the subject.
Whatever you choose ,
Remember that your College should cover up for the Gap years, Your college name should be enough for recruiters to believe that you are good.
So yes , A Brand name of college, Quality of Education, Placements, Projects work, Courses Syllabus, Everything is important for you.
Whatever you do , just Make sure you score well in Entrance exams and join only the best Level College.

the general eligibility for applyig for pgecet are as follows :
- candidate must be an indian
- must be resident of the respective state . should be satisfying non-local/local
- there is no upper age limit
- should have a minimum of 40-50% in the qualifying examination.
hence , you can apply for it.
