I completed my BTech in last year.due to carona effect I can't went to abroad for MS last year.now I wanted to go abroad for MS.is it good decision?due to this I think my settelement is late. please give me advice

Yes, you can surely go . There is no need to hesitate. You have successfully completed B.Tech last year. If you are getting chance in a reputed college abroad to take up MS course, you must go. One year late will not have any effect if you are successful.
