I completed my class 12th in PCM(2020). Now I am giving PCB in NIOS(2021). Can I be certain that I will be eligible for NEET 2021? I am quite anxious about the rule, hence confirming.

The Supreme Court has passed an Stay order on the rule that NIOS Candidates are  not eligible for NEET. So for now even NIOS Candidates are eligible for NEET. So should you pursue your Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 2021 and secure the required aggregate, you are eligible for NEET. And to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th.

Can I be certain that no issues will arise given that I had completed my class 12th from CBSE already and then giving class 12th AGAIN in NIOS? At this point I might be bothering you but I am just doing my part of confirming my situation as the decision will have huge implications on me. Please Reply🙏

Also, The Stay order was passed by High Court I believe, not supreme court. MCI had filed a special leave petition in supreme court after decision by high court. Interesting enough, MCI has been dissolved and replaced by NMC.
