I completed my degree 2 years back,can I appear for the next icet 2019 even if I have attended the 2017 Icet exam

Yes, you can apply for the exam. There is no age limit and a minimum of 3 year graduation is required. In the below link you can find more details about the exam,eligibility,syllabus etc.
