I completed my degree but I have 3 backlogs.now can I permitted to join in post graduation

Hello Rohit,
I'm sorry to say but you are not permitted to join in post graduation until you clear all your backlogs.
I'll suggest you to try to clear your backlogs at the earliest and ask your college to provide certificate for that and then you can apply for post graduation in any good college.
