Heyy Theegala....
As per the official brochure, you will be able to appear for JEE Main examination if you have completed a diploma recognized by AICTE or a state board of technical education of at least 3-year duration. However, you can only attempt the exam for the purpose of qualifying to appear for JEE Advanced. You will not be able to take admissions in the NITs, CFTIs or the IIITs as diploma candidates are not eligible for these admissions.
Instead we advise you to give LEET( Lateral Entry Entrance Test) exam so that you'll be directly able to get into 2nd year of you desired course
