I completed my diploma in eee and joined in B.Tech in eee too, i also completed B.Tech. Now can i do MS in USA

Yes, definitely you can get admission in ms in USA if you want to do it . But every university have their own criteria. Some ask for gre marks , some asks for TOEFL marks . While you also need to have a publication paper in some good journal . As number of participants are applying for the good universities out there. I hope you understand this
