I completed my diploma in EEE. which is better to me job or engineering lateral entry?

If you are getting a good job after diploma then it is best to grab it otherwise go for engineering lateral entry.
Generally students got a job of average package 4-5 lakhs per annum after diploma in some big companies. If you are able to grab such job than it is good otherwise job options after engineering is also there.
If you are not satisfied with 4-5 lakh of salary package then it is better to go for engineering because packages after engineering are much higher and values of person after engineering will be much more then any diploma guy.

Hi,
I will suggest you to go for lateral entry. Since you hsve taken EEE branch , you will get more opportunities in both private and public sector after completing engineering as engineer with decent package.
diploma level, there are job opportunities available but, compared to engineering degree you can only get industrial techician positions in your field .

Hello,
You want to know what is better, job or admission in degree college. Well both have their own pros and cons. If you wanna join the degree college the you can have a graduation and then you can get good opportunities and if you will go for job then you can be able to work in a professional environment and can gain industry experience and you can go for graduation after some time.
It solely depends on you what you want to do. Both are good in their own way. Think for some time and take a good decision. And I wish what ever you choose to do will proved to be the best for you.
