No it won't create a much problem for you to pursue MBA degree now. Only thing is you need to be prepared with a solid reason why you didn't able to do MBA after your graduation and what were you doing in this time period when you were not doing MBA. Make sure you tell them about the work which seems to be valuable and shows that you have learned something during this period or have filled up yourself with some experience.
