I completed my graduation in 2019 , but i dont have degree certificate and provisional certificate yet. can i apply with my 4-1 memo? if I can't with which document should I apply?

Hi Bhoomika,

Since you do not have a degree certificate or a provisional certificate issued to you yet then you can try considering the 4-1 memo or the marksheet that contains the cumulative marks of all the semesters for submission at the concerned place of your further admission.

However do keep in mind that since you have not mentioned the place where you are approaching for your future endeavors it is uncertain to some extent as to whether that document would suffice for your candidature as you have already completed your graduation. Thus I would request you to get yourself issued a provisional degree certificate from the head of the department and the principal from the college/ university from where you did your graduation from.
