Definitely YES, any degree obtained from an UGC approved University is enough to apply for CDSE exam conducted by UPSC wheather it is regular of distance it does not matter.

The UPSC- Union Public Service Commission conducts the CDS Examination twice in a year.

The application process for CDS - II for year 2022 has already been done.

------- You can apply for the year 2023 provided you complete below mentioned eligibility criteria:

• For IMA – Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 2000 and not later than 1st January, 2005 only are eligible. Candidates must be between 19 to 24 years old.

• Educational criteria for IMA is that the candidate must have completed graduation from any recognised university.

Since you have completed your graduation, you fulfil this criteria.
