I completed my graduation in B.Sc Electronic with 75% ,and appeared CAT . Can I eligible for MBA in Heritage business school?

Yes you are eligible if you clear the cutoff of the entrance exam and stand among the top scorers in the pool of applicants who apply for HBS this year. The basic eligibility criteria is that the student must complete graduation with a minimum of 50% in UG. Since you already have it, the next step is cat.
based on your CAT scores you shall be shortlisted for GDPI and further to this a final merit list is released. Prepare well for GDPI. All the best

If you score more than the cutoff of that respective B-School,you can surely do a MBA from there.
