YCMOU is a recognized university undér Section 12 of the UGC Act in India. Hence, there can be no university who doesn't recognize a student who has pursued his graduation from over there.

For sure, you may be rejected during the counselling process of IIM, because they are in search of very competetnt candidates, for which the regualr college students are deemed fit. Inspite of this, if you perform very well, they can't reject you.

In the rest of the institutions, you can get admission on the basis of scores in CAT or other entrance exams.

Hi swapnil,  to get into top MBA colleges you have to attempt CAT exam. According to CAT guidelines,  the candidate must have at least 50% in the graduation course from a recognized university. YCMOU has been recognised under section 12 (B) of the University Grants Commission Act. Hence,  you can do regular mba from  a reputed college,  provided you crack CAT and get good percentile in the exam. Top MBA institutes also take interviews and written ability tests to assess your candidature. All the best.
