I completed my technical interview for cognizant GenC developer on November 9th, but I didn't receive any update about my technical interview. But on Nov 11th and 13th, I was asked for my aadhar,10th, and pan card details over video call and I showed it to them. Is this a rejection process?

Hope you are doing good. Cognizant generally takes interview in 2 steps one is the technical round which is a bit lengthy and the other one is he round . Student need to first clear the apptitude or coding exm to qualify for the technical round which is an elimination round and after that hr round where your are asked to show some of your documents . I think you cleaned the technical round ( hope for best) as they also reject in the he round as well.
