NCERT builds base and it is very important for JEE preparation but relying only on NCERT will not help you to fetch good marks in JEE mains. Because questions in JEE mains are very high level and very twisted and for solving those questions only NCERT will not help. You will have to move to some advanced books like HC Verma and DC Pandey for physics.
Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations by R.C. Mukherjee, Organic Chemistry by O P Tandon, Concept of Physical Chemistry by P Bahadur for Chemistry.
Objective Mathematics by R D Sharma, Complete mathematics for JEE Main TMH for Mathematics. You can get list of entire books that needs to be referred and you have to cover the books which I have listed at least to get good marks.

Sorry, but your question seems quite unclear and the tags you mentioned doesn't help us too to reach to a conclusion. Kindly specify whether you are asking about the score you would get after you finish studying full NCERT or is it that you attempted all the NCERT questions you found in the jee Mains exam this time? Please restructure your question and ask again.
Hope you understand.
Good luck!
