I completely filled my application form.. I didn't write cet.. so i had to upload my photo and signature.. I did so and entered final submission.. but now when I'm seeing my application form, I can't find my photo and signature. what should I do? I didn't pay the application fee yet

These are just small issues from there end. IF you have uploaded your photo and signature, you need not to worry, it must be a bug or server problem with the website. But if it doesnt gets fixed, try contacting the org through email, it will be fixed for sure. You need not to worry.
