Hi Pavan, to become a Junior Engineer(JE) in BESCOM, you need to possess a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Degree: B.E (Bachelor of Engineering) or B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institution in Karnataka.
