I confirm my application form in online but payment is not coming for me then I tried second time to fill up the application form it showed me that resubmittion should not allowed.

While filling the Neet application form.,it showed the dialogue box of session time out.,, And by logging in again,. It shows up that the schedule is over for filling the application.,, Can I fill the application with late fee or not.
