i could not participate in 1st round in karnataka when will be 2nd round, can i participate in it

Please specify what your question is and it seem to be incomplete.
Still whatever i understood from the question i want to answer you that if you didnt got chance in 1st round due to less marks then surely you will get chance in 2nd round if you marks is inside the cutoff.
