Yes, you can appear in JEE advance examination since it was announced that NIOS candidate can apply for JEE examination.But first you will have to apply for jee mains examination and if you will crack jee mains then you will get a chance to appear in jee advance examination.

The answer is YES, you can enroll for JEE mains as well as advanced examination (if you clear JEE mains). The only mandatory thing that is required is atleast 75 percent of scoring in class 12th.
Apart from it, it doesn't matters whether you've repeated or did again the entire class the only criteria is 75 percent of scoring and you've fulfilled that criteria.

yes you are eligible to appear in jee advanced 2020. remember this the last attempt fore you to jee advanced exam. since students can appear in jee advance only two times, as you have passed 10+2 in 2019, you are eligible to apply on jee advanced exam in 2019 and 2020. to appear in jee advance exam you have to achieve the cutoff score in jee main exam.
