I couldn't clear JEE advanced exam but I scored 74 in total and 21 in maths , 29 in chemistry and 21 in maths.

Hope you are doing well.
I am really sorry to say but without clearing JEE Advanced, you can't get admission in IIST Trivandrum.
IIST releases its own cutoff of marks and ranks for students who have cleared JEE Advanced.
