I couldnt join the alloted institute through pmsss & 22th july was last date of joining what to do know...is there any chance of 3rd round

Hello Rahil,
It is a rule that if you don't complete the admission process in your allotted institute in the given time then your seat will be passed to the next round as vacant. If you have got the seat in a college in the round that you have a fair chance that you can get a seat in the same college in any further round.
