    I couldn't upload obc-ncl certificate too keam cyte for some reasons bt I've that. so I wasn't included in category rank of Kerala . Will there be an issue regarding this during kerala neet counciling or at the time of admission? would they reject that am obc? .I'm obc NCL bt came in general catego

    Greetings!!

    Sorry to inform you this , but now you won't be accepted as an OBC Candidate because you haven't submitted the OBC Certificate till now which will create a problem for you in future and this is the reason that now you have been included in the category of a general student. Now you can't be regarded as a OBC Candidate.
