i currently gave my 10th exam from icse and i want to do bca from a foreign university after 12 , i wanted to ask that are you eligible to do bca from a foreign university without computer ( i will take pcm in 11th)

Yes you can definitely pursue BCA course from abroad universities after class 12th. You can either apply for jobs abroad after pursuing your BCA course in India, or you can apply for BCA abroad .
You do not need to have computer course in your class 12th to pursue BCA course in any country. Any students from any country can do snd pursue BCA course in any university.
