I did BE 2011-15 but cleared arrear in 2018 to fill TANCET MBA FORMwhat to enter as my prefinal sem mark.7th sem NOV14 or arrear exam NOV17?

You have to enter the prefinal semester mark of 7th sem on November 2017 only, because in the certificate your course completed year is mention as 2017 not 2014.your completed year mention as 2017 in the certificate so you have enter the marks on year 2017 only.
