I did 'BIPC' in intermediate my subjects are biology, physics, chemistry. so am I alligable to do bio technology

it depends completely on the degree you are looking to pursue.
You cannot do an engineering degree as for all engineering degrees you require mathematics as a compulsory subject
But you can opt for A b.SC and many other degrees are available to be chosen from.
