I did my 10th and 12th from Delhi but my aadhar card has the address of my Bihar home , will I be eligible to take admission in Delhi through 85% state quota for neet ug 2022?

Yes you can participate in the state quota counselling of Delhi i.e. Delhi University MBBS admissions because as per the domicile eligibility criteria of DU MBBS Admissions, the candidate must have passed class 12th from Delhi or Delhi NCR from any of the recognized board.
The candidate satisfying above eligibility requirement is eligible for state quota seats of DU on the basis of his/her NEET UG score.
It seems that you have appeared for NEET UG 2022 so it's result will be declaring in few days till then to have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your expected marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

In order to be eligible for admission under 85% quota seats in Delhi, you need to pass your 11th and 12th standard from Delhi under a recognized board. Since you have done so, you are eligible for admission under the 85% Delhi quota seats. Also to mention, since you have the domicile of Bihar, you are also eligible for admission to Bihar 85% quota seats.
