The minimum eligibility criteria to get admission in BPT course is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects to have studied in class 12th, so if you have not studied PCB in your class 12th, then sorry but you are not eligible to pursue BPT course.
