I did my 12th in 2020 but got low marks from Gujarat board this year my neet code was 01 but if I repeat 12th whole year in 2021 what will be my neet code in 2021 ?

If you repeat your 12th in 2021 from GSEB, your code will still be 01. Code 01 is for Candidates appearing for the qualifying exam which is 12th.
