Your Attempt for JEE advance and JEE mains would be counted from the year 2021 only because that was the year from when you passed out from class 12th, no matter if you have gotten less marks or percentage due to COVID. EVERY candidate is allowed to give JEE mains 3 times and JEE advance 2 times from the year of passing the class 12th.
So, according to this, you cannot give JEE advance in 2023, since both of your attempts to give JEE advance was on 2021 and 2022 year. However, you still have chance to give JEE mains in 2023. You can also give JEE mains 2022 session 2 since the registrations are on.(if you want)
