EWS certificate is not restricted to the state from which you procured it. It is a state independent certificate. Also there is no differentiation such as state and central EWS certificate .There is only one EWS certificate which you would have got from your local state authorities and and its validity is one year. As long as you fall under the EWS eligibility criteria and posses the certificate , you can use it to avail reservation benefit.
