I did my MBBS from Pune. I am a resident of Punjab. Can you tell me if I will be able to appear for Punjab state counselling or Maharashtra?

As you said,you have completed your MBBA course..Then why will you appear in counseling.. kindly mention all details regarding your query...BTY,you are resident of Punjab,so to enjoy benefits of state quota you have to appear in Punjab state counselling..

My question is that I'll be appearing for Neet 2020.
After the result is out,
During counselling there is All India counselling and then there's State counselling right!
So since I've done my MBBS from Pune,
Will I be eligible to apply for Punjab state counselling or only Maharashtra or Both?
