I did my second year bsc in 2019 but got supply in one subject unfortunately I couldn't sit for the supply exam and had to take a year gap and appear for super supply exam 2020 of that subject and now passing it I am a third year grad student I want to apply for sbi clerk exam 2021 am I eligible

As long as you are eligible for the exam, that is, satisfy all the eligibility criterias required for the exam, you can apply for the exam. The eligibility criteria for SBI clerk exam 2021 states that the candidate must have completed graduation in any relevant subject discipline from a recognised university and must be between 20 to 28 years of age. If you feel you are eligible, you can apply for the exam. There's no problem as such regarding year if exam.
