Which exam’s counselling you are talking about? If you didn't attend the first round of counselling, you can register for the second round of counselling on the official website of the exam you are asking about, pay the counselling registration fee and attend the counselling with the prescribed list of documents to be verified. After registration, you will be allotted a counselling centre where you would need to go on the allotted date for the document verification purpose. Once the documents are verified, you would be allotted a college as per your rank.
