    Hello Sanjay, Thanks for reaching to us.

    It is the written proof by the candidate and guardian that applicant belongs to OBC-NCL category in the central list of caste-based reservation in GOI. You will get this form on the official jee advance registration portal. This form is a temporary replacement of OBC-NCL certificate for the candidates who are unable to provide the certificate issued on or after 1st of April 2018. There is no need for date.
