Hello,
To get seat must be in the merit list and participate in the counseling.You need to register and fill the choices online and lock your choice.And then you will be allotted a seat based on your preferences and merit.If you haven't filled any choices then you won't get seat.You may have to participate in later rounds according to the state eligibility criteria.
