I did not get any confirmation for my payment but amount is deducted .. what should I do ??
It might be due to a technical glitch. In such cases wait for some time, either the amount will be credited to the recipient account or will be reverted to your bank account.
In case, the amount is still not reflected call you're respective bank regarding the issue to check whether it was the bank issue or a gateway issue.
If it was not a bank issue please call the respective merchant in this case being KCET. Please mail KCET with the transaction ID of the debited amount. They will revert with a resolution.

Here are some of the steps which you should follow if you face such kind of problem-
1. Wait for sometime till you get a proper confirmation from your bank regarding the deduction of payment amount from your bank account.
2. If you get a confirmation message then it's most likely that you will also get a confirmation that your application has been submitted.
3. If you do not get any confirmation of payment then your payment has been declined and you need to go for repayment for an another time.
