If they've called you, then you should have to go and make your presence their otherwise you'll face some difficult consequences.

If you get a seat in 2nd round then only you have to visit your reporting center else no need to report.

my gmr rank is 14727 and obc a rank is 473. i hv any chance jadavpur uni. since the closing rank of 2016 is 527 of cse for obc a...sice 527 is oba a rank or gmr rank..plz tell sir
