Maybe your score wasn't enough to make it to a college in the first counseling but you may have a chance of getting a college in second counseling. I'm afraid you didn't mention your score so that I can figure out but don't lose hope. If your score is enough then you'll surely get a seat but if not then I'm sorry you won't.
