I did not get seat In csab 1 & 2 rounds so can I get my entry fee 37000 back

Hi.
If you have not been allotted any seat in CSAB Round then the fees WILL BE REFUNDED after deducting a nominal processing charge of Rs. 2000.
This has been clearly stated in this official document:
