I did not get selected in mcc 1st round.And I want to exit from 2nd round. How to??

If you don't want to continue with 15% AIQ/DEEMED/CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES/ESIC & AFMC (MBBS/BDS) SEATS – 2019 UG counselling, then you don't have to do any further online procedure or report to any counselling authority as there is a free exit option and after all the counselling rounds, you can get your refund amount too.
