I did not give jee mains exam nd I scored 70% in mp board in which college I can apply for b.tech ???

For getting admission in an engineering college you have to appear in different entrance exams. It doesn't matter much if you did not appear in JEE mains you can still try in Private/Deemed colleges and universities.
