Hello,

You need to provide residence certificate if you haven't studied Intermediate first and second year or if you are a non-local candidate who have resided in Telangana for a period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the State; or either of whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of employment outside the State. If you do not belong to neither of the above categories then you do not have to submit residence certificate you have to provide class 6th to Intermediate study certificates.
