I did not pay fee for the certificate verification ...Can I pay it now and participate in certification verification??

i don't think you'd be allowed to pay now but still you can call the respectice college and confirm it from there..

Tq But the last day of certificate verification is tomorrow..wt to do in that case...and for which college i shld call nw??

Umm..then in that case go to the college for your certificate verification.. tell them why were you not able to submit fees earlier and do it there and then..
